Softball Starts this weekend.

Lamar softball season started today with a 7-2 loss to Tarleton State. Cards play four games in Lake Charles this weekend with two versus Tarleton State and two versus Tennessee State. This weekend will be followed by four more games next weekend also in Lake Charles.

Lamar wins the Saturday game against Tarleton State 3-1 and will take on Tennessee State at approximately 1:30

this loss is unacceptable. Dont care if its the 3rd game of the 30th. There are games you dont lose. This was one.

 

looks like Hooks is throwing all the pitchers out to see what shes got. Shes used 5 in 3 games, only 1 had a good showing.

Cards end the weekend with a 7-1 win over Tennessee St for a split against both schools Lamar played. It is not against the same level of competition as last year, but Lamar is sitting at 2-2 versus 0-4 after four games.
