Mr.KnowItAll
The homecoming game has been moved to 7pm. Wonder why? Enough people complained and griped to Dr. Simmons. Doesn't make sense to me...
LUSportsFan
Just let wife and I know the time, and we'll be there. We'll be missing the SHSU game. Our niece is getting married that day. I tried to get her to move the wedding date, but she wouldn't do it. She just doesn't understand the priorities. :) Planning on making the other home games though. Guest CardAmbassador
Homecoming would have been nice around 5. I guess I'm being nit picky. Just goes to show you can never please everyone. At least there will be enough time to tailgate this year.

coachacola
anyone have any idea how our season ticket sales are doing There's still a lot of tickets left to choose from if you go online. It was announced today that UTSA has sold over 12K season tickets, Lamar is probably around 5K.
jdcurran235
Hopefully more than 5K.

coachacola
i think our homecoming is the same day as UT-OU game..which is usually afternoon You're right. Maybe that's why Lamar moved their game from 3 pm to 7 pm!
LamarKA1865
They moved the game because Henderson started catching a lot of heat from people saying they werent going to renew their tickets if the games were at 3. Too many conflicts to be able to make the games ( high school and pee wee football, etc). Wouldnt be surprised if the Nicholls games ends up moving to 7 also. If enough of the right people complain they can get any thing changed at Lamar. Just look at the entry policy for basketball they wanted it only upstairs but enough people complained and they changed it back.
