coachacola Posted October 1, 2012 Share Posted October 1, 2012 You know, normally showing Lamar football games on TV would be a good idea when it's an away game, but won't this make a lot of local football fans angry at Lamar and Fox 4? AggiesAreWe Posted October 1, 2012 Author Share Posted October 1, 2012 They do have a contract with Lamar. In their defense, Fox 4 had this game on their broadcast schedule for months. It was only until this week when National Fox decided to carry the WVU/tu game nationally. Smart play would be to tape delay the Lamar game but I am pretty sure Fox 4 has sponsors committed for a live broadcast of Lamar. That have to honor the contract.
