Only TCU scored more points against SELA than Lamar did. SFA's high-powered offense only scored 14 against them. They do seem to play a lot better at home than on the road. We'll see how good they are starting Saturday since they play McNeese, UCA, then SHSU all in a row.

heard on the Ray Ray show last week that Woodard was worried about SELA more than any other team in the conference because of their explosive offense

SAM is reasonably one dimensional on offense, they run over people. My opinion SELA has a better overall qb, so their passing game was able to spread LU's defense and open up the field, at least in the LU vs SELA game.

UCA lost their number one qb the week before we played them so I think they were sort of a work in progress at the start of the LU game. Their offense seemed to improve as the game progressed.

Like Coach said though the next three weeks will tell the tail.

and....only SFA has alowed as many points as we did to SELA

actually, all in all...I think the Southland sucks this year...and we are at the bottom of it..

No Iowa hasnt won a game (and is 0-4 in conference) since they slaughtered mcNeese..SELA lost to the 7th place team in that conference
