QB Jack Dallas from West Orange-Stark HS. Lacks ideal size at 5'9" but he is a winner. Lead WO-S the the State Championship game as a Sophomore in 2014 only to lose to Gilmer. Was the only returning starter on offense in 2015 and lead WO-S back to the State Championship game this time beating Celina and garnering Offensive MVP honors in the process. Also an excellent baseball player and has already been offered by the Lamar Baseball team.

Big pick up for both Lamar Football and Baseball...kid is one of the top pitchers in the area and although he lacks ideal hieght at the QB position, he has a very strong arm and is a winner

Great news but if Lamar doesn't get this offense moving he might as well play defense.

Hopefully this opens up an avenue of players from WOS to LU! They have exceptional talent every year.

Well, we need a strong armed leader at QB. I don't care if he's 3'9" or 8'9". If you can play you can play. Remember, Doug Prewitt was short but he could scramble, had a really good arm, and was a competitor. And I remember a lot of people saying doug flutie was too little....I think he proved one or two people wrong! (oops, I meant to put this response to the poster who said to put him on defense)

You can have Dak Prescott at QB but if Lamar doesn't get better at making an effective offensive game plan, it doesn't make any difference who you have at QB.
