geezer
Cards drop the opening game of the weekend 7-6. Cards gave up runs in the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th innings and couldn't overcome the last run given up in the ninth.
geezer
Cards take the second game of the series 19-9. However the Cards gave up eight runs in the last four innings. Relief pitchers need to step up a little as you can't count on the offense to bail the team out. Cards win the third game 5-1 and are assured of at least a series split with game four starting tomorrow morning at 10:30.
