geezer Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 I doubt seriously that it will make any difference as compared with the Power Five conferences but it might make a difference in the SLC. I would think that there is more marketing opportunities in the Golden Triangle than in places like Nacogdoches, Natchitoches or even Abilene. Skinny1 Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 I really do not think this changes anything unless top program’s top stars can sell the autographs similar to pro athletes or do car commercials. But I really doubt the latter will happen. This is not direct compensation that some thought was coming.
