Which for football falls in the lap of Rush Wood. Maybe Coach Woodard didn't provide the right information but whatever it is needs to be corrected as the athletic department has to appears first class. They want the fan's and students out supporting them. Well, let's do things right including the little things and give the fan's the correct information. That is why I haven't bought one as you aren't the first person to make that statement. Basketball season (practice) is here yet they don't have the pictures on the WBB team on the website yet? I'm not sure if that is due to a lack of personnel or a lack of will. I wasn't impressed with the marketing department when BRI bought the Ad but to be fair they had just lost two employees. Im a little puzzled why Bevil came out of the game. He put together two very good games. Obviously really disappointed in the last few minutes but other than that we looked competitive. geezer Posted October 23, 2011 Share Posted October 23, 2011 This game was sad, we gave up three gift touchdowns and loose by two. Our defense isn't deep enough or big enough. The defensive backs actually played better today than in past games. Johnson provided a nice spark but his passing skills need a lot of work. The fake punt was a terrible call by the coaching staff or really shows how inept our special teams are if the punter made the call. The screen pass at the end of the first half was just poor execution. Bevils last int on first down was a really stupid play from a Senior Qb. coachacola Posted October 23, 2011 Share Posted October 23, 2011 Hard to win any games when they give up 35+ points a game. UCA stepped up defensively in the 2nd half. Bevil looked good in the 1st quarter but after that he didn't do much. Jeremy Johnson played the 2nd half and started off with a nice run to tie the game, but after the UCA was just too much. I thought it was a good change of pace to give Johnson some reps but after the 3rd series they should have put Bevil back in. The rest of what I have to post will be tomorrow. There is a lot of blame to go around and that includes the special teams coach and the head coach as well as some blown assignments by a few players.
