September 22, 2025Sep 22 Lamar comes off of its bye week to face Central Arkansas. UCA sits at 1-3 with losses to Missouri, Tarleton State and Sacramento State and a win over Arkansas Pine Bluff. This looks like a prove that LU can be a contender game. Both Lamar and UCA have wins over a SWAC opponent and at this point in the season it is still hard to compare the other opponents except by national ranking. It would appear that Lamar has the advantage, but the Cards still need to prove it on the field. Game time is 6 PM this Saturday.

Offense needs to get back to what they did correctly on their first two possession and the defense needs to figure out how to stop the Bears after the change in quarterbacks.

September 28, 2025Sep 28 Author A win is a win no matter how ugly. Next up Nicholls who have a big conference win over UIW and have played two FBS and two FCS schools for non-conference games that have all been losses. Hard to figure what kind of match up this game will be.
