MBB: LU at Montana

Featured Replies

Despite a low shooting percentage Lamar has played good defense keeping Montana's shooting percentage low also and have a two point lead at the half 23-21.  Lamar is positive in the number of turnovers and Montana is shooting free throws poorly also.  Lamar has two players with five points and two with four points.  No one has taken over the scoring today.

Montana was an ncaa tourney team last year and are 4-2 this year with a close to Texas atm.

Montana on bonus with 10 minutes to play.cant keep doing this.

Montana has already shot 20 free throws

Not impressed with Lee. Forces to many shots and turns it over.

Good win by Lamar 68-63.

Damn good win ! If we can clean up some things this team has a chance to do something.

Massey had LU as 7 point underdogs.  I'm impressed they fought back after being down by 5 to win the game, especially on the road.

Pennebaker stepped up big at the end of the game.  Cards had three players in double figures, Holifield, East and Pennebaker with East getting a double double.  Hopefully his first of many.  Cards forced three more turnovers than Lamar committed and won almost all categories except fouls committed.  Fortunately, Montana didn't make a high enough percentage of their free throw attempts.
