I bet a lot of UH fans are seeing that score and not happy with Davis being their next head coach. Was that blowout #3 against a good team?

How long has it been since the UH program was really good?  That said, UH probably will have more money to spend on players and that might make a difference in what Davis can do there.  I hope Lamar can announce a coach quickly as there isn't a lot of time to recruit players, although I guess you don't really have to have players in school until January.

2018 - last tournament appearance
2017 - host a Regional 
2014 - last SuperRegional (only one since 2003) - this is the year they and Texas were both 2-seeds (they knocked out LSU... Texas knocked out Rice and part of the reason the SR was in Austin was that Disch-Falk is bigger (Houston should have contacted the Astros about having it at Minute Maid Park)
