The men's game starts 30 minutes following the Ladies game no later than 7:30 pm according to lamarcardinals.com. Lamar has 10 regular-season games remaining, with seven of those at home. Thursday's game is Throwback Thursday. Student organizations will have the opportunity to win cash prizes based on attendance, creativity, school spirit and participating in the Throwback Thursday theme. The Cardinals are 2-18 on the season and tied with HBU for 13th in the conference standings with a 1-7 record. Yes, it should help attendance both ways, but it also puts games starting at almost 8:00 on a school night. IMO, that hurts attendance for fans with kids.
