February 12, 201412 yr I am not very hopeful for this game. SFA seems to be for reelz. I think they have a legitimate shot to do well in the tournament. If we can play like we did in the second half against Sam though, we have a shot.

February 12, 201412 yr The funny thing is this LU team is actually capable of beating SFA. That is not implying they will. The first game at SFA this LU team did what it has done most of the year, play the other team even for 3/4 of the game and get completely blown out over a five to ten minute span. Really don't see a probability of playing a complete game but anything is possible.

February 13, 201412 yr If SFA goes 32-3 with the third loss coming in the SLC Conference Tourny Title Game...Will they get an at large? Has there ever been a 30 win team not get in?
February 14, 201412 yr It was a good win for the ladies and for the men it was the best game I have seen them play this year. Yes it was a nine point loss but most of you expected the LU men to get blown out of the building. There were still a few scoring droughts for two to three minutes but the men played good defense through the non scoring periods. If the LU men can play at the level they did tonight they have a good shot at winning two are three more games of the ones remaining. I am hoping the effort tonight carries over through Saturday.

February 14, 201412 yr LU played them even on turnovers, LU shot 52%, rebounding was close and LU made more freethrows.
