coachacola
Price entered the season with 10 players in his rotation, a plan he has stuck with. Nine Cardinals are averaging more than 10 minutes a game and only three players - guards Lincoln Davis, Kevin Boozeand Nick Garth - are averaging more than 20 minutes a game. Junior guard Preston Mattingly hasn't started a game but is fourth in minutes, with 19.9 a game. Mattingly said Price made his intention to have a 10-man rotation clear before the season, and the team has bought into it. http://www.beaumontenterprise.com/sports/lamar/article/Fluid-starting-lineup-works-for-Cardinals-6686407.php
geezer
Is this a kind way to say that LU doesn't have go to player? I agree the strategy appears to be working but will it work in conference when especially the 2nd time around all of the coaches know what the other has talent wise and what the style of play is. lu cards
I would imagine since were starting 2 freshmen and a third plays major minutes that this makes sense.have several upperclassmen coming off the bench so you go with the hot hand.
