anyone go to the red/white scrimmage?would love to hear how we look.
They are a very athletic team. They looked good. #32 is an impressive pass first point guard. A couple of guards are out of control, but i am sure they will get it together. Josh Zcekefor and Christian Albreight were fantastic.
Were the out of control guards the new players, some of the returners or a combination? Does Bosha look healthy this year?

Took a fresh look at the schedule and overall it looks pretty good for the non-conference except there are four teams that are less than D-2 competition which imo is worse than having games against D2. Maybe one or two but not four. At least they're spread out except the last two are just before conference. Going into conference on a win streak is a good thing but I would prefer it to be against a little better competition.

My first impression is we have a lack of size. Maybe we are big enough to compete, I don't know. The new guys as a whole looked better than the returners, especially shooting. Feel intersquad scrimmages are very limited on determining overall team. May see more November 11.

Why does it seem we are always rebuilding?

Because we lose players to graduation
Bosha looks a lot better. He is still receiving therapy and is at about 85%

Booze, Kennedy and Williams left the team for one reason or another so that's 3 players plus the seniors that graduated. But the good news is that the core players of Garth, Nzeakor, Chatman and Owens are back.

As far as lack of size goes only 3 guys are 6-7 or taller (Albright, Nzeakor and Chatman) but they should all see a lot of playing time.

Any idea who the starting PG will be?

#35 is great pass first point guard as well as the other juco pg. Two of the 2 guards need to play within the confines of the game. They looked horrible.
How did Weisbrod look?

Colton didn't really impress, but I think it is too early to tell. He is going to have to knockdown those 15'+ jumpers to be effective, probably too short to be consistently effective inside.

He forced a lot of shots as did Chatman. Garth and Davis did the same thing.Garth drove and got his shot blocked about 4 times.
