geezer Posted October 12, 2019 Posted October 12, 2019 Dumb play call and poor descision. LU goes for it on fourth and three at the Slam 42. Hoy makes a poor descision on the read and gets sacked at about the LU 49 to turn the ball over on downs. Why not punt the ball a pin Slam deep. Quote

Slam gets a good punt and LU takes over at the 11 yard line but fumble on the first play setting up Slam with a 1st and goal. Another somewhat questionable call, but probably correct. Bigger question for LU is how does the Slam defender get that far into your backfield. LU defense held and Slam misses the field goal attempt. Edited October 12, 2019 by geezer Quote
