geezer
Although Lamar doesn't play this week there are still five games involving SLC teams. Three are conference games and two are Non-conference games. The two non-conference games are both against SWAC members with UIW playing Prairie View and Nicholls taking on Southern. The conference games are McNeese at HCU, Commerce at SELA and NWST at SFA. coachacola
What's up with HCU? Are they actually good?
puddin tane
No, I dont think so. That game felt like a punishment to watch. Mcneese sucked. I did enjoy it when the announcer said “the crowd has roared to life”. All 2000 of em.

LU17
A friend of mine, has a son that is starter on the O-Line for HCU. He said the McNeese starting QB was injured (broken hand) during the game.

That might have slowed McNeese offense but HCU still scored a bunch of points.
