Mike Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 This should be interesting after last weeks loss......but here you go, lets hear them! Anyone think the Cards can go there and pull off the upset? Quote
mllme Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 I am dying for an upset, but Northwestern stayed with a Nevada team that beat Cal, Hawaii, Texas State and lost to South Florida by only 1. It is going to be a long game, if we can't get the ball down the field and in the end zone for touchdowns. Plus, with this being an away game with our team that can't get it together at home. Nw St 45 Lamar 14 Please God, let me be wrong. Quote
coachacola Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 RealTimeRPI.com prediction: 35 - 15 NW State Compughter Ratings prediction: 33.68 - 13.05 NW State Massey Ratings: 28-13 NW State Quote
geezer Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Don't want to guess at what NW will put up but won't be surprised if LU is shutout. Quote
Bruce Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 I'll give us a little more respectable loss, but a loss nonetheless. Yes, NWSU hung with Nevada, but squeaking by Arkansas-Monticello by 7 (and being outgained by them as well) tells me they're not that great. NWSU 28 LU 17 In all seriousness, it looks like everyone's been able to run on these guys. If we can't get anything going on the ground against them, it's just not going to happen at all this year... AceHigh Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 O ye of little faith... LU - 28 NWSU - 27 GO CARDS! Quote
Austin Card Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 We get a unexpected win this week and everything gets rosie! LU 24 NWSU 17 PECK EM! Quote
puddin tane Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 I've had a vision! Just like the old indian movies------ LU pulls the upset....(and I still dont care for woodard) the vision didnt have the score.........Woodard remembers Sparks is on the team...Mossakowski hits him on a quick slant for winning TD... coachacola Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 McVey is back on the depth chart behind Soto at TE so he should get more playing time. Quote

There was an article about McVey posted earlier today. The SELA game was the first time this year McVey was able to practice healthy and play. He'll be playing a lot more from now on. Quote
