Huge signing by Lamar. Seeing various reports on 40 time but the posted article says he ran a 4.56 at a camp last summer and posts on Twitter are now listing him a 6'4" 205 lbs...even if he is still 6'3 he's a bigger target than many FCS schools can land

Here's a link to his highlight tape...looks like he's not afraid of contact as he played DE/OLB and delivered some big blocks on punt returns and running plays

Reggie Long a 6'0" 215 lbs LB from Whitehouse HS. 247Sports rated him a 2* recruit and the number 74 best MLB prospect in the nation and the number 271 overall player in TX. Had originally signed with D-II Tarleton St but had offers from Air Force, Army, Navy, New Mexico St. and Central Arkansas. Not sure what the policy is for eligibility when initially signing D-II then signing D-I. Wasn't a grade issue as evidenced by his offers from the service academies.

looks like a good pick up.love that were signing a lot of high school kids.i remember last and year before where we were getting the label as transfer U.from the looks of it were getting away from that approach.

This guy will be a hell of a player for us...he should see a lot of playing time this season...very physical with a nose for the football and will pop you square in the teeth when he gets there
