Late 2nd quarter turnovers an then big plays for the opponents to score have been a recurring theme through out Lamar's return of football. At this point the best thing I can say is I doubt IW gets to keep their coach more than maybe one more season. There will be FBS schools after him soon.

Johnson sees first action at Qb and LU takes advantage of the interception with a touchdown with a couple of good runs. Decent pass from Johnson to Banks and a good runs by Johnson and Wanza for the touchdown.

That's one of those plays that's great if it works, but a field goal and a two score game would have put some pressure on IW. Will be interesting to see who the Lamar QB is next game.

Lamar needs to find a QB that can pass at maybe a 65% completion rate and run as opposed to run and complete about 50%.

Johnson seemed to be getting better as the game progressed but LU needs to find a QB that can complete more passes and run. As opposed to one that is a good runner and can pass. Lots of other things need work also.
