    I find it baffling that Weber State didn't kick a FG with 2 minutes left in the game to take the lead. If LU was up by 4 then I would see why they would have to go for it. LU went for it early in the 4th quarter so that's not understandable. Weber State must not trust their FG kicker. Why didn't LU try to get a first down? You knew that Weber State would have a great field position to end the game, but with them missing the game ending FG maybe LU knew their FG kicker wasn't any good.

    I hate it when they pass up 3 easy points and the other team mounts a long drive but I appreciate the aggressiveness.

    The SLC needs to win these games or they're going to be a one bid league again.

    I think we're beating a dead horse when talking about LU going to the Sun Belt or moving up to FBS. They keep taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back. But the way things are moving it's going to be the SEC and B10 dominating and everyone else. There probably won't be much difference between a top tier FCS team and a regular FBS team.

    We'll learn a lot about this team this week. First game against Texas State didn't mean too much and last week's game was sloppy but LU had the talent to win pretty easily even with all the penalties. A big home game against a legit playoff team. If LU is serious about making the playoffs and maybe actually getting a post season win then it's time to show everyone what they can do.

    Big Sky team Weber State is rated pretty high and they come to LU next weekend, then play at NW State, then plays McNeese at home. Interesting they chose to play 3 SLC teams in a row.

    Miss Valley looks to be one of the worst FCS teams out there. LU should win this one easily.
