I haven't seen any releases, but it looks like some work is progressing at the track stadium. Runways are being redone. Based on a comment from the linked Lamar University Track/Cross Country Photos Facebook photos page, the track, itself, may be in for resurfacing also. I noticed that Dominique Wheeler (the Texas Tech transfer) was never on the spring depth chart and is not even listed on roster. Does anyone know his status?

Looking at the roster again I noticed Anthony Beard has been taken off again along with TE Garrett Drake and DB Reid Entsminger

The Southland Conference Media Day kicks off tomorrow at the L’auberge Resort in Lake Charles. Over the next few weeks, be on the look out for my personal preview of each position group heading into the 2015 season. I have compiled the players based off of the current on-line roster with additions/subtractions that have been reported on this site. I would like to make this as interactive as possible so please discuss. After combing over the roster, I believe this season could be a very successful one if we have players step up in a few key positions.
