Wow, This place has changed a lot, I have been really busy over the past year and not around very much. Today is the first day of a long overdue extended vacation and I wanted to check in here and see how things looked. Glad to see this place is still here and that Card fans have a place of their own to post. That was all I ever wanted. Go Cards!

Here's a link from lamar.edu to images of the construction progress on the two new buildings going up. The site says new images will be posted each Tuesday at noon. Ohio State was listed on the same date based on the original 2014-15 schedule announcement in August. All in all, it's a win on the road taking care of business in winning a game the Lady Cardinals should have won. Ohio Valley is a member of the NCAA Division II Great Midwest Athletic Conference. Ohio Valley is now 0-8. Next game for the women's team will be on December 28 against Rice in Houston.

The bricks make a nice addition to the quad area. Also, the donation goes to a good cause and is tax deductible. The bricks are located between the fountain and the the bust of Mirabeau B. Lamar.

It's a nice facility (16 tennis courts).

I was told today that LU will only play 11 games starting next season. Six road games for the Cards with 5 conference road games, and the big $$$ game at Baylor.
