According to the offensive stats, MVS couldn't run the ball worth a darn but they sure were willing to pass it. MVS rushing stats were 18 for 42 yards and 1TD. Massey Ratings (one of the ~25 ratings as part of the Massey Composite) projects scores for each game. For those that done know basically they run a simulator a certain number of times. The scores posted for each team is the average score of what they get per game in the simulator. The (%) reflects the percentage of games that Lamar won in the simulator. The simulations are updated weekly so I will keep this up to date to see how accurate it is. It’s a site I look at frequently but I’ve never tested the projections to see how accurate it can be. I posted this in the Sportscenter forum as well: I started skydiving a couple of years ago and have enjoyed progressing through the sport more than any I’ve experienced in the past. Several universities throughout the country have skydiving clubs, and with such a great dropzone only as far as the Houston area, I’d be intrigued to see if Lamar has any students interested in starting one (I graduated in ‘09, but I can help facilitate). I know a few students get involved on this page from time to time. If any student reading this is interested or knows a fellow student who might be interested, let me know.

I'm browsing the LU football page, https://lamarcardinals.com/roster.aspx?roster=169&path=football. The usual group picture pops up and then I scroll down through the individual player thumbnails. I've done this dozens of times and never noticed this dropdown menu box, ROSTER VIEW-LIST. I clicked the arrow and up pops two additional player information lists. Basically, the same player information just presented differently. I like it. kudos to whoever thought this up but, in the future, maybe the web master should add this to the title. Sitting back watching the departures from the basketball program is tough to watch. Yes I will say a few we're expected Barrett leaving stung and dropped us from a top tier team next year.. With Hunter leaving we will be extremely luck just to make it to Katy. Not to knock our incoming class I'm thankful for them to chose Lamar to continue there college careers but it's just too much to ask we had a core and that is gone now. Kopp will be good. Harris if healthy will be steady for us.
